Return and Refund Policy

At CREATIVE IDEAL LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your items under the following conditions:

How long can I return the items?

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you’ve received all your items. Please contact us immediately to initiate the return process. We do not accept returns after 14 days from the date you receive your items.

Conditions for Returns

  • All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
  • The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable in most cases.
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beauty products, lucky bags, masks, protective equipment, items with non-returnable marks, and free gifts. Please contact our Support Center if there are issues with these items.
  • Swimwear can only be returned for size issues, wrong items, or quality issues.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free return shipping is available on your first return. This applies unless the return is due to a customer’s reason (e.g., change of mind).
  • For any subsequent returns, the return shipping fee will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Please contact our Support Center to process your return.

How do I apply for an after-sales request?

  1. Sign in to your CREATIVE IDEAL LLC account.
  2. Go to My Orders and click the “Return & Exchange” button next to the relevant order.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return and specify the reason for the return or refund request.
  4. After we receive your request, we will reach out to you with a solution.

Important Notice:

  • To return a package, please contact our Customer Service to obtain the correct return address. Do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package.
  • Please ensure that you do not include items not purchased from CREATIVE IDEAL LLC in your return package. We are not responsible for returning such items to you.

Refund Processing Times

  • PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours.
  • Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days.
  • Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours.
  • For some debit and credit card refunds, we may be unable to issue the refund to the original payment account. In such cases, we will ask customers to provide a PayPal account to complete the refund. Thank you for your understanding.
